As the Manager for Crestview Homeowner’s Association, Inc., I am pleased to inform you of the Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 6:30PM at Frazier Elementary School at 1125 NW Summercrest Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, present information on current affairs of the Association, including a financial overview.
The Association will be electing 2 board members at the annual meeting. If you are interested in running for or nominating someone for a board position, please submit the nomination form no later than Monday, October 31st, 2022.
Enclosed you will find a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. Please sign and return the enclosed proxy and mail or email the forms to Ryan Smith by noon on Tuesday, November 3, 2022.
To conduct the Meeting, a quorum of 20% of members must be present in the person or by proxy. Please complete and return the proxy to Legacy Southwest Property Management by noon on Thursday, November 3, 2022. Even if you plan to attend the meeting, please sign the proxy. The proxy will be returned to you at the meeting should you attend.
Your proxy will help meet the quorum requirement. If a quorum is not reached in person or by proxy, the meeting will be rescheduled to a later date.
