As the Manager for Crestview Homeowner’s Association, Inc., I am pleased to inform you of the Annual Meeting to be held on Monday December 5, 2022 at 6:30PM at Frazier Elementary School at 1125 NW Summercrest Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028 and via Zoom.us. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, present information on current affairs of the Association, including a financial overview.

The Association will be electing two (2) board members at the annual meeting. If you are interested in running for or nominating someone for a board position, please submit the nomination form no later than Friday, December 2, 2022.
Due to this being an on-line and in person meeting, all voting will be facilitated on-line and no nominations will be taken from the floor. Voting will open immediately following the meeting and be open for twenty-four (24) hours. Results will be announced within seventy-two (72) hours of meeting adjournment. If you wish to run for the board, please submit your candidacy form no later than 5:00pm Friday, December 2, 2002 to Ryan via email at ryan@legacysouthwestpm.com.
Enclosed you will find a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. Please sign and return the enclosed proxy and mail or email the forms to Ryan Smith by no
on on Friday, December 2, 2022. You may also complete the proxy on-line via www.crestviewcrowley.com.As this is a second attempt, aquorum of 10% of members must be present in person or by proxy. Please complete and return the proxy to Legacy Southwest Property Management by noon on Friday, December 2, 2022. Even if you plan to attend the meeting, please sign the proxy. The proxy will be returned to you at the meeting should you attend.
Your proxy will help meet the quorum requirement. If a quorum is not reached in person or by proxy, the meeting will be rescheduled to a later date.
